Attorney Chester G. McLeod has been an attorney for over 28 years in the State of Florida.  Mr. McLeod is a member of Illinois Bar (1995) and Florida Bar (1996). 

Attorney McLeod started as a prosecutor in 1997, to 2003, at the Broward County State Attorney's Office. 

What We Do

Our law office handles family law; specializing in divorce, contested or uncontested divorces.

We start out with a flat fee of $1,000.00 for an uncontested divorce.  

We will complete all the forms to get your final judgment.

A retainer of $1,500.00 for contested divorces with children. 

Child Custody and paternity actions.

Modification of child support

Criminal law, felonies, misdemeanors, juvenile: 

All crimes involving drug possessions, grand thefts, aggravated battery, firearm, murder, and domestic violence, DUI, and traffic tickets.  

Immigration, citizenship, naturalization, family member  sponsorship

We also can complete wills, Durable Power of Attorney forms, living wills, and quit claim deed.
